Civil Service Bureau signs cooperation agreement with NCFA

The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) and NCFA signed a cooperation agreement on Monday in the area of service development to provide NCFA with information on diploma and university degree holders in Human Sciences to work in 80 nurseries due to be established throughout the Kingdom.
According to the agreement signed by CSB President Dr. Khalaf Al-Hmaisat and NCFA Secretary-General Fadel Al-Hmoud, CSB will provide NCFA with a list of (888) female candidates who will be qualified and trained by NCFA, whereby (755) of which will be recruited in 80 institutional private sector model nurseries.
During the signing, Dr. Al- Hmaisat said that the agreement is a tangible reflection of the concept of integration among state departments and agencies which serves the national interest of providing care service for children under four years of age by providing safe and proper locations through the establishment of daycare centers for employees' children, a step that will enhance women participation in national productivity and economy.
On his part, Al-Hmoud spoke of strengthening women participation in the labor market and enhancing their psychological and professional safety through the establishment of nurseries in the private sector which aims at stimulating women to be part of the labor force, noting that workers under this project are chosen from CSB database nominees holding a degree in Human Sciences/Child Education.
Under this pioneer project funded by Employment, Technical and Vocational Training (E-TVET) Fund, nursery locations will be set in different governorates and universities in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, added Al-Hmoud, noting that the Bureau will provide NCFA with lists of candidates based on NCFA requirements and according to the geographical areas of nursery locations
