MoU to serve children of workers in The Jordanian National Commission on Women

The Jordanian National Commission on Women and NCFA signed a long term memorandum of understanding to allow the children of the Commission’s workers to enroll in NCFA’s model nursery.
The memorandum aims to institutionalize cooperation between the two parties inspired by NCFA’s keen interest in promoting child protection and care through the establishment of nurseries in the public and private sectors to enable the economic participation of women in the labor force.
Under the memorandum, the Commission will cover half of the nursery fees for each child as part of their belief in the importance of providing a suitable working environment for its workers and in implementation of their plan to support workplace nurseries.
It is to be noted that NCFA opened its model nursery in 2016 to serve its male and female employees
