NCFA Board visits "Save the Children" and Justice Center for Legal Aid

As part of NCFA's belief in the importance of participatory work, and in line with the framework of communication among institutions providing service to Jordanian families, NCFA Board of Trustees visited Save the Children/Jordan and the Justice Center for Legal Aid.
During the visit, NCFA Secretary General Fadel Al-Hmoud emphasized the attention paid by NCFA board members to such visits aimed at exchanging expertise and providing access to the valuable experiences of other national institution working in the field.
"The Council plans to visit several service-providing institutions most of which are members of the National Team for Family Protection against Violence which works under the umbrella of NCFA", stated Al-Hmoud who was accompanied by Public Security Directorate Director Maj. Gen. Atef Saudi, Former Minister Mohammad Hamdan, Nabih Suquem, Former MP Adab Al-Saoud and Hala Zreiqat, who are all members of the NCFA Board of Trustees.
NCFA's visit to Save the Children Jordan included a briefing by its CEO Manal Al-Wazany on the organization and its mission. Save the Children Jordan is an independent Jordanian non-profit organization registered at the Ministry of Social Development working under a vision of a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation and with a mission to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children.
On his part, Dr. Salaheddin Al-Bashir Chairman of the Board of the Justice Center for Legal Aid stated that the center is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 and works to empower communities within three major pillars: Legal awareness, consultations and representation, and advocacy through its legal clinics located in different Jordanian governorates.
The Centers' Executive Director Hadeel Abdel Aziz pointed out that the center adopts a working model that is based on partnership and integration with other national institutions, noting that it works under the framework of legal aid
